How to use the protective veneer hot press

The veneer hot press used in the production of wood panels is not always able to successfully complete the work. In order to successfully complete the work, what needs to be done is to do a good job in protection and maintenance, and there are methods for protection.

To protect the veneer hot press, first remove the hot pressing plate and remove the rust on it. If the corrosion is serious, dilute hydrochloric acid can be used. Note that it should be cleaned immediately after use to avoid corrosion. As the welding will form serrated plates, it is recommended to use surfacing on both sides to offset the stress of welding piles. This welding method can be used in both processing and later repair processes.

The veneer hot press has two sides. Each pressure plate on the double plane should be subject to steam pressure test. If any abnormality is found, it should be marked to facilitate later maintenance and repair. There is more room to maintain the use of the hot press.
