To start the hot press, first check the oil cylinder to see if there is air inside, whether the sealing performance of the sealing ring is good, whether all the traditional parts are lubricated, whether they can operate normally, and whether the electrical equipment is normal. Although there are many items to check each time, we should not be afraid of trouble, we need to know the actual operation of the equipment, It's also to avoid accidents.

In addition to the above inspection items, before starting the hot press, first turn off the main power switch, start the low-pressure pump to make the accumulator reach the required working pressure, open the heat transfer oil valve, close the nearby circulation valve, heat the hot pressing plate to the process temperature, and do a good job in each process. According to the processing requirements, debug the equipment.
