Introduction to the important parts of the jigsaw

Jigsaw is indispensable in plate processing enterprises. Its application greatly saves labor costs and improves production efficiency. Today, I'd like to take you to understand the composition of the jigsaw and introduce the seven important components of the jigsaw

1. Machine body: the whole body is an engineering steel structure, stable and reliable.

2. Side press and loading frame: the side pressing is composed of pressing plate and oil cylinder, which can ensure the side alignment of workpiece. After placing the workpiece, it can be conveniently put into the pressing position by the feeding frame, and the workpiece can be unloaded smoothly during unloading.

3. The main pressing part of the jigsaw machine is composed of push plate and oil cylinder. When the workpiece is put into the pressing position, the manual reversing valve is switched to the pressing position for pressing.

4. Locking part of feeding frame: it is composed of air cylinder, connecting rod and lock sleeve. When the feeding frame is closed, pull the manual reversing valve to make the lock sleeve buckle the feeding rack before the pressing operation can be carried out. When discharging, the lock sleeve should be opened first.

5. Hydraulic system of panel machine: due to the special requirements of wood roof components for pressing, the hydraulic system of this machine tool is specially designed to meet the special needs.

6. Electrical and electrical control system; since the machine tool is composed of four groups of units, its control part is composed of four independent control units, which can be operated separately and jointly.

7. Directional valve: the main operation part of the machine tool. The reversing valve on each component controls the opening and closing of the feeding frame, the advance and retreat of side pressure and the advance and retreat of main pressure. There is a throttle valve behind the reversing valve which controls the opening and closing of the feeding rack to control the opening and closing speed of the feeding rack, so as to ensure the synchronization with the feeding rack of other units.
