1. The body of the splicing machine: it is an engineering steel structure as a whole. The reasons for choosing this structure are as follows: stable and reliable, strong and durable, able to withstand long-term wear and tear.

2. Side pressure and feeding rack of panel collator: the side pressure is composed of pressing plate and oil cylinder to ensure the workpiece side alignment during operation. After the workpiece is placed, it can be conveniently put into the pressing position by the loading rack and unloaded smoothly.

3. Main pressure of panel collator: it is composed of push plate and oil cylinder. When the workpiece is put into the pressing position, switch the manual reversing valve to the pressing position for pressing.

4. Locking of feeding frame: it is composed of air cylinder, connecting rod and locking sleeve. When the feeding rack is closed, pull the manual reversing valve to make the lock sleeve buckle the feeding rack before pressing. The lock sleeve shall be opened before discharging.

5. Hydraulic system of panel splicing machine: due to the special requirements of wooden house components for pressing, the hydraulic system of this machine tool is specially designed to meet the special needs.

6. Electrical and electrical control system: since the machine tool is composed of four groups of units, its control part is composed of four independent control units, which has achieved the effect that can be operated separately or jointly.

7. Reversing valve: the main operation part of the machine tool. The reversing valve on each component controls the opening and closing of the feeding rack, the advance and retreat of the side pressure and the advance and retreat of the main pressure. A throttle valve is behind the reversing valve which controls the opening and closing of the feeding rack to control the opening and closing speed of the feeding rack, so as to ensure the synchronization with other unit feeding racks.

8. Pneumatic system: control the locking of the feeding frame, and the manual reversing valve controls the opening and closing of the lock catch.
