Solid wood panel is a popular type of panel in furniture production. In order to process high-quality panels, 

selecting good mechanical equipment is crucial, including the use of a panel assembly machine. During panel 

assembly, friends may also find that there may be warping and breakage. What factors are causing this?

The use of a splicing machine is to achieve rapid completion of splicing, improve work efficiency, and also improve 

product quality. If there is a problem of warping during production, check if the wood has been dried and aged. 

Some boards may have warped due to prolonged drying, and in severe cases, there may be cracking. Controlling 

the moisture content of the board can prevent this situation from occurring. It is easy to know what kind of board 

requires a certain amount of moisture content after long-term operation.

Another issue is the use of adhesives. In the processing of solid wood panels, water-based polymer isocyanate 

adhesives are used. When adjusting the adhesive, the ratio of the main agent to the curing agent should be strictly 

followed at a ratio of 100:15. If the ratio is not appropriate, the board may curl up after drying, affecting its quality. 

Therefore, it is important to use the correct ratio during processing.
