Eco-board core and blockboard paving assembly line

MAIN PURPOSE

Used for producing various specifications of wood strip splicing, such as fir, poplar, pine, paulownia, and other solid wood strips with finger joints or flush joints, as well as the production of various board cores such as one-time molded woodworking boards (three-in-one of board core, veneer, and surface skin), vertical/horizontal laying of glue blocks, etc.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

Through this machine operation, various heated wooden strips are firmly glued together through four-sided pressing, and then the main pressure is applied up and down to ensure better flatness of the board. In this way, the entire board core required by the user is assembled.

Plate arrangement → Cutting to length → Automatic pre-assembly of plates → Automatic advancement into the hot press → Automatic pressing on the dead surface side → Automatic pressurization → Forming and self-ejection of plates → Automatic palletizing → Forming
